Item is a plastic model kit and assembly is required (comes in painted parts and painting is not required).

- One set of this product can be used to assemble four three-story commercial buildings.
- In addition to the main body of the commercial building, sleeve signs, tents, rooftop structures (chimneys / fences / elevator machine rooms / cooling towers / elevated water tanks), ducts, and telephone boxes are included.
- The molding color of the building and attached parts (excluding the front doorway) is dark gray (GM color 35 dark gray approximate color).
- The front of the building is printed with 4 different designs (mortar finish, brickwork, steel panel, tile decoration).
- The entrances and exits on the first floor of the front are all inset glass parts, which are molded with gray smoke.
- For the window glass, cut out the attached transparent PVC board according to each size and attach it from the back.
- Two stickers are included (one existing sticker and one new sticker).
- You can create commercial buildings with various specifications by combining your favorite accessory parts and stickers with the building.
- You can recreate the shopping street alongside the separately sold business building (basic 5 stories, additional 4 floors) and various shops.
